Shipping policy

ENJOY FREE SHIPPING on all New Zealand orders over $109, and Canterbury orders over $59. We also provide a free Click & Collect service.

Our Online Team operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 2 pm. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

IMPORTANT: For products exceeding certain volume or weight, extra shipping charges may be incurred. These additional costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

EXPECT DELIVERY within 2 business days to the South Island and 2-3 business days to the North Island. For rural areas, allow an extra 2-3 business days.

NOTE: Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a courier tracking number.
