At Paws Club, we want you to feel confident you're getting the best deal. If you find an identical product at a lower price from a New Zealand retailer, we will match it. Our Price Match Guarantee includes the following terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions
- Identical Product: The product must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and quantity, and must be new and authentic.
- Total Cost Matching: We match the total cost, including the product price and delivery charges.
- Retailer Criteria: The lower price must be offered by a registered New Zealand retailer, and the price must be publicly advertised in New Zealand dollars.
- Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to membership discounts, clearance, liquidation, auction sites, trade quotes, or promotional offers.
- Stock Availability: The product must be in stock at the time of the request.
- Price Verification: Provide a link to the retailer’s website and relevant product details for verification.
- One-Time Offer: Approved price matches are one-off and do not apply to future purchases.
How to Request a Price Match
- In-Store: Present the retailer’s advertisement or website link to our staff at the time of purchase.
- Online: Contact our customer service with the required details before making your purchase.

- Product size, color, and quantity
- Your Paws Club login email address
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Final decisions on price matches are at our discretion to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
