Our Online Team operates from Tuesday to Friday, 10 am - 4 pm. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

IMPORTANT: For products exceeding certain volume or weight, extra shipping charges may apply. If applicable, we will contact you via a separate email to discuss the additional cost.

EXPECT DELIVERY within 2 business days to the South Island and 2-3 business days to the North Island. For rural areas, allow an extra 2-3 business days.

NOTE: Orders placed after 3 pm. on Fridays will be processed on the following Tuesday. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a courier tracking number.
