At Paws Club, we offer flexible purchasing options to suit your needs — including subscriptions, and pre-orders programs. Below is our cancellation policy, aligned with New Zealand consumer protection laws.


🔄 Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions involve regular deliveries based on the frequency you select.

  • Your payment information is securely stored, and you will be charged for each cycle unless prepaid.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew.

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email.

Note: Under the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ), we ensure that subscription terms are clear, and cancellation is simple and accessible.


Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are currently out of stock.

  • Dispatch dates are estimated and may change due to supplier delays.

  • If your order includes multiple items, we may dispatch available items first.

  • You may cancel any unfulfilled pre-order, including partially paid ones.

  • If a pre-order has been fulfilled, you may still be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions in our [Returns Policy].

In compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we guarantee your rights in case of non-delivery or defective goods.
