Great water fountain - super quiet! My Coco loves her new water fountain. We live in a two storey house and her food and water bowl are upstairs and we didn't have anything downstairs for her. A friend recommended the PetKit brand to us and I bought it straight away. Fast delivery, easy to clean and assemble. Took her a day to work out what it was, but once she started drinking from it, she just keeps going back! The app is a little bit clunky, but does the job and lets me know when to clean the unit, filter efficiency and when to replace it, as well as how many times she has drunk from the fountain in the day. I have noticed the odd "drink" isn't recorded in the app (as I've seen her at the fountain, but it's then not recorded in the app history - not sure why), but it's otherwise pretty good.

Absolutely blown away! I discovered this lovely store through a Google search and my gosh I'm happy I did (so are my cats)!My order was packaged perfectly and the customer service was honestly the best I have ever received from a business. During the ordering process, I encountered an issue with the shipping, so I used the live chat expecting to have to give my email address and wait days for a reply - but a minute or two later the notification popped up that there was a reply. They instantly sorted the issue, were incredibly lovely, and even popped a wee extra treat into my order. I couldn't believe how great the service was and I took a screenshot of the adorable message they sent to show my family and friends that great people are still out there.I will absolutely be a returning customer!
