When the Litter Hits the Fan 💩
At PAWS CLUB, we’ve seen a lot.
But nothing could have prepared us for this review:
“Used it for two days and the bag was full and smelt super bad.
Didn’t handle diarrhoea very well — was a lot and violent.
Didn’t detect how healthy my poop was. Very disappointing.”
We laughed. We cried. We sanitized our screens. 🧽
But mostly… we tried to find the order.
Plot Twist: There Was No Order.
We double-checked.
Triple-checked.
Nothing.
So unless this customer placed their order under a secret alias, used a VPN, or their cat moonlights as a hacker… chances are, they didn’t buy it from PAWS CLUB.
Still, let’s talk about it.
Real Talk: Can Purobot Max Pro Judge Poop Health?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: Still no, but with context.
The PETKIT Purobot Max Pro is smart — with odor control, automatic cleaning, app connectivity, and health tracking features based on weight and usage.
But it’s not a vet. It won’t tell you if your cat’s poop has a vitamin D deficiency.
Our Refund Policy: Honest and Fair
If you bought your litter box directly from PAWS CLUB and you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Just reach out via info@pawsclub.co.nz and, if your return is eligible, we’ll process a refund — no questions asked (well, maybe a few).
But if there’s no order on record?
Respectfully… you may have to handle that st yourself.**
Why We’re Sharing This
Because pet parenthood is messy.
Because not every review is glowing.
And because we believe in being transparent — and having a little fun with it.
To the reviewer:
We appreciate your honesty. Even if it left us slightly traumatized.
To everyone else:
